This Privacy Policy describes how VETEACH SASS (the "App" or "Service"), operated by Polish Brokerage Agency Sp. z o.o. ("PBA"), collects, uses, and protects your personal data. VETEACH SASS is a multi-platform social media management tool available at https://sass.veteach.co/.

This policy applies specifically to VETEACH SASS and the data we process as the data controller for your account. By using VETEACH SASS, you agree to the practices described here.

3. Important Distinction of Roles

      As a User of VETEACH SASS: You are the data controller of any images, texts, videos, and influencer data you upload into the platform's Knowledge Base or publish via connected accounts.

      PBA (us): We act as a data processor for those materials. This Privacy Policy governs data for which PBA is the controller — primarily your VETEACH SASS account data.

5. TikTok Data – Specific Disclosure

When you connect your TikTok account to VETEACH SASS via TikTok Login Kit, we collect and use the following data:

user.info.basic: Your TikTok open ID, username, and avatar. This is used solely to display your connected account in the VETEACH SASS dashboard and to correctly associate published content with your account.
video.publish / video.upload: These scopes allow VETEACH SASS to publish videos or upload drafts to your TikTok profile. Content is only submitted when you explicitly trigger the action. We do not post automatically or without your consent.

We do not sell, rent, or share your TikTok data with any third party except as required to deliver the VETEACH SASS service (e.g., TikTok's own API servers). We do not use TikTok data for advertising profiling.

6. Data Retention

Account data: Retained for the duration of your agreement with VETEACH SASS and up to 6 years after termination (tax law obligations).
Knowledge Base items: Retained until you delete them or close your account.
AI generation logs: Automatically deleted or anonymized after 30 days.
Social access tokens: Stored securely and deleted when you disconnect an account or close your VETEACH SASS account.

7. Data Sharing

VETEACH SASS may share your data only with the following trusted processors:

Stripe – Payment processing (does not receive content data).
Supabase – Database and hosting (EU region).
Google Cloud / DeepMind – For Gemini (text) and Veo (video) AI generation requests.
TikTok API servers – Solely for authenticating your account and submitting content you initiate through VETEACH SASS.
Meta / Facebook API – For Facebook, Instagram publishing features.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

8. Cookies

VETEACH SASS uses the following cookies:

Session cookies (essential) – Required for login and keeping you authenticated.
Google Analytics – Anonymous usage statistics to improve VETEACH SASS.
Stripe cookies – Fraud detection and secure payment processing.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in.

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a User of VETEACH SASS, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
Restrict or object to processing.
Data portability.
Lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
