§ 1. About VETEACH SASS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VETEACH SASS, a multi-platform social media management application also referred to as the "AI Influencer Modules" platform (collectively, the "Service" or the "App"). VETEACH SASS is operated by Polish Brokerage Agency Sp. z o.o. ("PBA", "we", "us", or "our"), with its registered office in Poland, NIP (VAT ID): PL7571487097.
By registering for or using VETEACH SASS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
§ 2. Definitions
- Service Provider – Polish Brokerage Agency Sp. z o.o. (PBA), operator of VETEACH SASS.
- System / App – The VETEACH SASS software platform, available in a SaaS model at https://sass.veteach.co/.
- User – An individual or business entity that has created an account in VETEACH SASS and accepted these Terms.
- Plan – Subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Agency) and their associated usage limits.
- GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
- TikTok Integration – Features within VETEACH SASS that use TikTok for Developers APIs (Login Kit, Content Posting API) to allow users to connect and publish to TikTok.
§ 3. Scope of Services
VETEACH SASS enables Users to:
- Connect and manage multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) from a single dashboard.
- Generate AI-powered captions and content using integrated AI models.
- Upload and publish videos and images to connected platforms, including TikTok via the Content Posting API.
- Authenticate with TikTok using TikTok Login Kit to securely link their TikTok account.
- Build a Knowledge Base and perform AI style analysis.
- Generate and manage weekly publication plans.
The Service Provider does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated content. Users are solely responsible for reviewing all materials before publication.
§ 4. TikTok Integration – Specific Terms
VETEACH SASS integrates with TikTok for Developers APIs. By connecting your TikTok account to VETEACH SASS, you agree to the following:
- Authentication: We use TikTok Login Kit solely to identify you and securely link your TikTok account. We request only the
user.info.basic scope to retrieve your TikTok user ID, username, and avatar for display purposes.
- Content Publishing: We use the Content Posting API (
video.publish, video.upload scopes) to allow you to publish or upload videos to TikTok. Content is only posted or uploaded when explicitly initiated by you. VETEACH SASS does not post, schedule, or automate any TikTok content without your direct action.
- Data Use: We do not sell or share your TikTok account data with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the VETEACH SASS service.
- TikTok Platform Rules: Your use of TikTok features within VETEACH SASS must comply with TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
§ 5. Subscription Plans and Payments
- VETEACH SASS offers monthly or annual subscription plans. Pricing details are available on the website.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. VETEACH SASS does not store payment card details.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
§ 6. User Obligations
- Use VETEACH SASS in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Ensure you have the legal right to any content (images, videos, text) you upload or publish through VETEACH SASS.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
§ 7. Data Processing Agreement (GDPR)
When Users upload personal data into VETEACH SASS (e.g., images or documents for AI analysis), the User acts as the data controller and PBA acts as the data processor under Art. 28 of the GDPR. PBA will process such data only as instructed, implement appropriate security measures, and delete or return data upon termination or request.
§ 8. Limitation of Liability
- PBA is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content or losses arising from the User's failure to verify content before publication.
- PBA is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (including TikTok account suspensions) related to content published via VETEACH SASS.
- Total liability of PBA to any User shall not exceed the fees paid by that User in the 3 months preceding the claim.
§ 9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify Users of material changes by email or via a notice within VETEACH SASS. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
